Description

YOU START THE DAY WITH INTENTION - NOT BECAUSE SOMEONE’S WATCHING, BUT BECAUSE YOU’RE ALREADY THINKING THREE STEPS AHEAD. YOU’VE GOT A PLAN, A ROUTE, AND A REASON TO MOVE. CRM DIALED IN, NOTES PREPPED, COFFEE IN HAND — NOT BECAUSE IT’S A GRIND, BUT BECAUSE IT’S YOURS TO OWN.

This isn’t just how you work — it’s how you show up. With purpose. With consistency. With that quiet confidence that comes from trusting the process and knowing what happens when you keep showing up, day after day.
At Southeastern Laundry, we believe sales isn’t about pressure — it’s about presence. We’re looking for a field-first, people-powered, process-driven Regional Sales Manager who thrives on doing the work right. Someone who sees their territory like it’s their own book of business. Who measures their wins, tracks their progress, and builds trust that lasts.
This is for the rep who’s ready for more. More ownership. More opportunity. More real support from a team that shows up the way you do.
If this sounds like your rhythm, it’s time to make your move.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

We’re looking for someone who shows up like they mean it — a sharp communicator with field savvy and the discipline to deliver results.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or Marketing preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience — ideally in capital equipment, territory management, or consultative sales
  • Demonstrated experience building pipelines and closing in a field-first, outbound-heavy role

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND STRENGTHS:

  • Proven hunter mentality — you love the chase, and you’ve got the stamina to follow through
  • Clear, persuasive communicator who can adjust for decision-makers, influencers, and technicians alike
  • Strong organizational discipline — you track your follow-ups, manage your CRM, and plan your weeks intentionally
  • Competitive drive with a service heart — you want to win, but not at the expense of doing it right
  • Curious, thoughtful problem-solver — you ask good questions and listen deeply before proposing solutions
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Pipedrive experience a plus)
  • Comfortable reading contracts, technical specs, or general business documents
  • Willingness to travel regularly within assigned territory (vehicle required)
  • Able to pass background and pre-employment screening
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • 401(k)
  • Dental insurance
  • Flexible schedule
  • Health insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Vision insurance

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Work Location: Remot

Responsibilities

You won’t just “cover” a territory — you’ll own it. As a Regional Sales Manager at Southeastern Laundry, you’ll take responsibility for developing your region like it’s your business. Your job is to drive growth, build long-term relationships, and represent our brand with integrity and precision.

  • Develop your territory by targeting high-potential laundromats, multi-housing operators, and investor groups
  • Evaluate opportunities and sell consultatively, tailoring proposals to fit operational realities, budgets, and timing
  • Set and execute your strategy — you’ll prioritize leads, plan your site visits, and create momentum week to week
  • Stay present and in motion — conduct regular, high-touch site visits to build trust, follow up consistently, and retain key accounts
  • Show up where the business is — attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build your network and open doors
  • Track competitor activity and uncover local market shifts or pricing trends — then use that insight to win
  • Keep your pipeline tight and clean — use CRM daily to manage quotes, follow-ups, scheduling, and lead notes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with inside sales, service, install, and leadership to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Contribute ideas that improve how we show up in the market — and shape the future of your territory
  • Own your outcomes — because you care, not because someone’s checking
