  • Minimum of 3 years of B2C sales management experience.
  • Experience in developing and carrying out business plans, sales plans, and commission programs.
  • Self-motivated, tactful, organized, results and goal-oriented professional
  • Above average interpersonal skills, presentation and communication skills.
  • Effective time management, organizational abilities.
  • Experience coaching and motivating others
  • Salesforce experience an asset

Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager’s duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversea and be accountable for the execution and delivery of the sales in their assigned region
  • Plan, organize, direct and provide leadership to achieve the short and long term business growth
  • Use data and analytics to drive decision making for the department
  • Assisting in selecting, training and developing high caliber sales professionals when the department is ready to grow
  • Accountable for building long term customer relationships.
  • Responsible for working effectively with all other channels.
  • Accountable for the effective and efficient delivery of customer-based utilization services for equipment selection, sizing, quoting “selling” to the customer, and ensuring that the same is installed in a professional manner providing excellent customer service.
  • Responsible to conduct canvassing and selling to new and existing customers.
  • Accountable for the delivery of high levels of customer service based on a thorough understanding of the operating model, you will also be responsible for the effective management and resolution of customer concerns, and issues.
  • Prepare estimates for equipment, materials, projects, and services. Develop proposals for presentation to customers.
