Role Description The Product Manager role at Longmax Technology is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This role is responsible for managing the product lifecycle for selected Green Power and Green Mobility solutions, from concept and requirements gathering through development, launch, and continuous improvement. Day-to-day tasks include defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams, and ensuring products meet market and regulatory requirements. The Product Manager will conduct market and competitive analysis, gather customer feedback, and translate insights into actionable product plans and specifications. The role also involves coordinating go-to-market activities, supporting key customer engagements, monitoring product performance, and contributing to long-term strategy in alignment with global sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in product management, including product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management for technology or energy solutions.
• Strong skills in market research, data analysis, and requirements gathering to translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear product specifications.
• Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and operations teams to deliver products on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of green energy technologies, renewable power systems, or EV charging and mobility solutions; experience in solar or clean energy projects is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and build alignment across diverse teams.
• Solid project management capabilities, including planning, prioritization, risk management, and documentation in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant professional certifications in product management or renewable energy are a plus.
• Previous experience in international or regional markets, ideally within the Middle East, and comfort working in a multicultural environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai and occasionally travel to customer locations, manufacturing bases, or project sites as needed.
