YOUR QUALIFICATION:

  • Post graduate diploma or University degree and 3-5 years leadership experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience in either Pharma or Medical Device
  • Strong knowledge of competitive and diabetes technology landscape
  • Proven ability to work as a RSM with KOLs in the Healthcare segment
  • Fluent in German and good in English language
  • Experience in leading high-performance teams
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Very engaging, strong motivational

  • Achieving or overachieving sales and market share targets, KPIs as defined and driving profitable growth in the assigned region (in alignment with Area & National strategy and goals)
  • Leading a team of 8-12 direct reports (Sales Representatives)
