  As Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for maintaining regular on-site customer interactions and managing strategic relationships within the GAS region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland), or alternatively within the United Kingdom.
  As part of a European team, you will work remotely from home or on-site at our customers locations.

• Identify new business opportunities, analyze market intelligence, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans, including sales forecasting and achieving margin and growth targets.
• Work closely together with the proposal team to help creating customer-focused proposals
• define pricing strategies and cost targets.
• Negotiate contracts, agreements, and terms with customers and partners.
• Facilitate technical and production support while ensuring effective internal communication and collaboration.
• Provide input on product roadmaps, engage in strategic planning, and conduct regular account reviews.
