Description

Experience diversity that helps you grow.

As Regional Manager (m/f/d), you will assume entrepreneurial responsibility for our Eastern region with branches in Berlin, Leipzig, and Dresden, including Berlin/Brandenburg, Saxony, and Saxony-Anhalt. You will lead our Branch Managers and their local teams, drive sales and business development, and ensure that Promedis24 is recognized as a strong brand in the care, social services, and medical sectors in Eastern Germany. You will report directly to the management.

Here's what you'll get from us:

  • Permanent contract with a top basic salary as a solid foundation on which you can build.
  • Uncapped, transparent bonus system: with new customer bonuses, employee retention bonuses, and much more, YOU determine how much you really earn.
  • Company cars for 1% use
  • Independent work with short decision-making processes and no micromanagement.
  • Employee events & incentive trips because we all pull together - and celebrate our successes!
  • 30 days of vacation + automatic birthday off because your special day is of course yours!
  • Sports programs & mental health support such as Wellhub/Wellpass, semi-annual health check-ups or counseling services in crisis situations.
  • Home office once a week is guaranteed after the probationary period, making it predictable and fair for everyone. Need to schedule a meeting? No problem, we can work that out!
  • Individual benefits & subsidies (e.g. mobility, daycare, etc.) because you know your needs best.
  • Responsibility and creative freedom in a growing, nationwide corporate group

These are your tasks:

  • Disciplinary and operational management of the branch managers or site teams in Berlin/Brandenburg, Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt
  • Responsibility for sales, budget and profit development, as well as the preparation of budgets, forecasts and reports.
  • Management of acquisition and sales, including support of supra-regional key accounts and representation at negotiations and events.
  • Market and competitive analysis in East Germany as well as development of new specialist areas and customer groups
  • Independent recruiting and onboarding of internal positions up to Branch Manager, including candidate selection and contract negotiation
  • Employee management & coaching: probationary period and annual reviews, development and team meetings, identifying and promoting young talent
  • Ensuring legally compliant processes at the locations (including AÜG, AGG, GDPR, collective bargaining agreements) and preparing for internal and external audits.
  • Communication of innovations, tools and processes to all employees in the region

You bring the following:

  • Experience in personnel services is absolutely essential.
  • Commercial training, business administration studies or comparable, demonstrable industry experience, ideally in the health or social sector
  • Several years of management experience, proficient in MS Office and a CRM system
  • Strong sales and results orientation as well as entrepreneurial thinking
  • Structured, independent work style with a can-do mentality
  • Confident, professional demeanor and service-oriented communication skills
  • Willingness to travel within Berlin/Brandenburg, Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt is a requirement.
