REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

London /M25 Corridor
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a well established family company .The Regional Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding the portfolio of high-profile existing accounts whilst identifying and maximising development opportunities. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, enhancing brand visibility to grow sales, within the London area The successful candidate should be sales driven, an excellent communicator who is able to demonstrate successfully the ability to maintain and develop relationships. You should have commercial acumen with a proactive and results driven mindset, well organised with a strong attention to detail and motivated to work remotely.
Your goal will be to achieve forecasted growth within the hospitality sector through the delivery of high-end food solutions from our purpose-built production kitchen and warehouse of speciality food products. Getting to know our target audience, whether it’s a commercial kitchen operation or provide another type of food-related service, we learn a lot from the menus of potential clients, a restaurant’s menu can help you understand where you can target and drive sales through the support from Braehead Foods.
Travel is required monthly to the company head office in Kilmarnock

Immediate Role responsibilities:

  • To maximise the commercial opportunities within existing customers and maximise development opportunities with new customers. Demonstrating a thorough understanding of the customers within their portfolio
  • Prospecting new business to drive group level growth in the hospitality and premium catering sectors.
  • Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports .
  • Visiting key high-level contacts for face to face meetings monthly, and conducting performance reviews on a monthly basis.
  • Developing and driving the product mix and sales strategy for each customer. Preparing accurate budgets and forecasts for all accounts.
  • · Driving business through unit level in line with head office agreement.
  • To ensure that customers see Braehead as their trusted ‘Go to Solution’
  • Identify, plan, develop and review short, medium and long-term goals for each account with detailed pathways to each target via business plan
  • Prepare and present business proposals; conduct structured, objective-led customer meetings; ensure follow-up actions are delivered within agreed and acceptable timeframes
  • Maintaining and negotiating product files for customers.
  • Achieving agreed growth targets for sales, profit, retention and new business KPIs

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum 3 years previous sales experience
  • 3 Years B2B sales (food Serviced)
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Experience in managing customer relationships
  • Ability to demonstrate managing tight timeframes
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments ensuring deadlines are met and the customers needs are fulfilled
  • Implementing customer KPIs with review dates and improvement strategies
  • Demonstrate ability to engage and influence other departments to take the lead in projects

Desirable Criteria

  • Previous chef experience
