MAPEI is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative with a proven track record in sales and market expertise. This role focuses on selling MAPEI's innovative products through impactful, hands-on demonstrations and the effective use of samples to showcase product value. Responsibilities * Drive regional sales by managing representatives and executing strategic sales plans. * Sell MAPEI products through distribution channels and directly to trained contractors. * Develop forecasts, set sales goals, and oversee market analyses to determine pricing and strategies. * Establish sales territories, quotas, and channel development activities. * Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to key clients and prospects. * Identify and develop new distribution and client opportunities for market penetration. * Maintain client relationships, support negotiations, and close deals. * Assess market needs, monitor competitors, and provide product recommendations. * Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics. * Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team. * Represent MAPEI at trade shows and industry meetings. * Monitor regional expenditures and ensure alignment with budget. * Maintain a safe workspace, adhering to all safety and quality standards. * Perform other duties as required.  What's in it for you * In this role, you will earn a competitive salary ranging from $155,000 to $200,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.  * This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is a variable percentage of your base salary, based on individual performance and company results. * FREE MEDICAL INSURANCE for our employees or the option of a highly competitive medical plan with minimal monthly employee contributions with a ZERO DEDUCTIBLE. * Highly Competitive Pay * Auto allowance and fuel card * 17 Days of paid and sick and vacation time annually (proration applies year one) * 401K retirement with up to 6% matching program * Tuition reimbursement programs * Excellent dental, vision programs, flex spending accounts, employer paid life insurance  * Free tele-med physician services   * Various other company employee-centric perks initiatives; discounted home/auto insurance programs, supplemental life insurance, and more. Qualifications * External sales experience with a proven track record in relevant industry/products. * Strong knowledge of the assigned market/industry. * Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory. * Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required. * Ability to stand for extended periods and work independently. * Proficient in Windows-based PC use, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet navigation.
