Job Title: Regional Sales Manager, MEA
Location: UK – Kingston on Thames or Remote
The Role:
Reporting to the SVP Sales, the RSM will be responsible for SS8 Networks business and relationships in the Middle East and Africa region.
With a competitive salary and attractive bonus scheme, you will act as the commercial opportunity owner and lead the bid support team throughout the sales cycle. You will be responsible for the acquisition of new customers, the development of the existing customer base and overall revenue growth in your region. Role will involve extensive travel within the region.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline.
  • 7+ years commercial experience in a sales or business development role with a strong track record in specific, measurable revenue generating responsibilities.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plu
Responsibilities
  • Lead SS8’s efforts in selling high-end network forensic and legal compliance software solutions to Tier 1 CSP’s, Partners & Intelligence Agencies within Africa and Middle-East region “MEA.”
  • Aggressively seek out new solution opportunities in existing and new accounts. Combine a solid understanding of SS8’s broad technology base with creative solution selling to find these opportunities.
  • Drive long-term, highly strategic relationships with customers and partners, coordinating all sales and executive related activity.
  • Seek creative partnerships with companies that can broaden SS8’s market reach.
  • Work in conjunction with solutions engineering and product management to understand the customer’s requirements and support the effort to translate these requirements into SS8 product capabilities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations explaining SS8 solutions to customers, prospects and partners while minimizing the need for direct sales engineering involvement as much as possible.
  • Actively assist in post-sales activities to ensure revenue achievement and total customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Business Development team in the region.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information on all account activity in Salesforce to ensure SS8 provides well-coordinated and timely support for all sales efforts.
  • Be willing and able to travel 25–50% to build customer relationships and drive regional success.
