ABOUT THE ROLE

As Sales Manager, you’ll oversee a team of field-based Outside Sales Representatives, providing coaching, accountability, and strategic direction. You’ll be responsible for hitting regional sales targets, optimizing rep performance, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and knows how to build a team from the ground up.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of Outside Sales Representatives
  • Monitor daily activity, appointment volume, and close rates
  • Provide ongoing coaching, ride-alongs, and performance feedback
  • Ensure reps meet weekly availability and sales conversion metrics
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth handoffs and customer satisfaction
  • Track KPIs and report results to senior leadership
  • Help shape sales strategy, territory planning, and incentive programs
  • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and results
