Responsibilities

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Regional Sales Manager NSW Municipal is responsible for promoting the company’s products and services. You will manage water authorities, contractors, and resellers for the assigned NSW Region, by being the key technical point of contact. Your role is essential for a high level of customer service and exceeding expectations. You will be responsible for the entire Hach product portfolio including lab & online instruments. This position is home based with regular travel to customer sites/offices.
This position is part of the Northeast Municipal business located in Sydney and will be remote.

What You’ll Be Doing (Job Responsibilities)

  • Through effective territory management, expand Hach Pacific’s business in the assigned territory seeking new opportunities and prospects in Municipal (Drinking Water and Wastewater) market.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by the Company.
  • Participate in sales activities including customer visits, trade shows, training, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare and implement a detailed annual sales plan by identifying sales objectives, opportunities & key customers.
  • Maintain customer activity files including quotes, funnel, and sales opportunities in company’s CRM or other reporting tools, as required.
