Job Description What You’ll Do Lead & Develop Your Team: Recruit, train, and mentor regional sales reps to exceed targets. Drive Sales Growth: Develop strategies to expand market share, build relationships, and boost revenue. Build Partnerships: Work closely with dealers, contractors, architects, and distributors to position Techo-Bloc as the go-to choice. Analyze & Optimize: Stay ahead of industry trends, track performance, and adjust strategies for maximum impact. Qualifications What We’re Looking For Proven sales leadership with 5+ years managing regional teams, preferably in hardscape, construction, or building materials. Strong industry knowledge and network within the hardscape or building materials market. Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets. Inspiring leader with excellent coaching, communication, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel regionally to support your team and customers.
