QUALIFICATIONS

  • Have significant multi-site retail management experience with strong experience in managing and motivating teams
  • Can demonstrate a proven track record in driving a sales team through training, coaching, and performance management utilising KPIs
  • Exceptional skills & experience in managing conflict & resolving complaints
  • Have sales experience in similar premium showroom environments
  • Are highly organised and have excellent time management
  • Can demonstrate high levels of attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of established standards including; customer ordering, visual presentation standards, and individual team member performance
