Sales Manager will be critical in achieving individual and team sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs and revenue targets. Set clear objectives and provide regular performance feedback to team members. Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and market share. Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of sales staff. Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance. Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions to ensure alignment with company goals. Maintain a personal sales pipeline, actively pursuing and closing sales opportunities. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in a sales leadership role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in CRM software HubSpot Preferred and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
