ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven track record of successful sales in Medical Devices (preferably radiation oncology or medical imaging)
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented with a professional demeanour that is both strategic and proactive
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years sales experience in Medical Device or similar
  • Proven track record of successful complex capital equipment sales. Strong Hunter adept at continuous prospecting, identification and cultivation of sales opportunities with existing centres and new prospects alike utilizing a consultative approach.
  • Passionate team player who is collaborative and works well with cross-functional teams
  • Strong presentation and social selling (LinkedIn, Twitter) skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to routinely negotiate prices, terms of transactions, and contractual agreements.
  • Knowledge of healthcare systems throughout the region
  • Fluent in English

DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Clinical experience, ideally as a Medical Physicist
  • Swedish, Norwegian or Danish language skills

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Responsible for all sales-related activities within the Nordic region. The Sales Manager will be responsible for executing the Vision RT strategy in the region, growing the sales of all Vision RT products, and achieving assigned sales targets. Building a sales pipeline and increasing market share is expected across all the product lines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Sales within the region and growing the market share
  • Expand distribution network in the Nordic region
  • Manage and support distributor clients’ accounts
  • Strategically evaluate opportunities build a pipeline and develop current projects
  • Apply a well-defined sales process that has allowed us to grow at unprecedented rates
  • Identify key market drivers, centres and KOL
  • Help develop and implement an educational strategic plan, supported by the marketing department
  • Build strategic alliances with key organisations within radiotherapy.
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including but not limited to clinical support, service, SGRT development manager, marketing and management resources, in order to meet performance objectives
  • Liaise closely with the regional Clinical Application Specialist to ensure that the Vision RT training program is implemented for all customers.
  • Working on new strategic and educational development programmes specific to the region
