Your Role: As a Regional Sales Manager, you will:

  • Acquire new consignors in your sales area.
  • Advise dealers on vehicle sales and pricing for the Manheim Express B2B auction platform.
  • Optimize processes for existing customers in the B2B used car business.
  • Work with small and medium-sized brand dealers and independent automotive dealers.
  • Plan and conduct customer visits and appointments independently.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Completed commercial vocational training.
  • Several years of sales experience.
  • Professional experience in the automotive sector.
  • Knowledge of the used car market and competitors is desirable.
  • Proficiency in German and English.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • High service mentality and strong sales-oriented thinking.
  • Proven persuasiveness and determination.
  • Ability to handle difficult customers and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • High stamina and self-motivation.
  • Organisational talent.
  • Willingness to travel.
