Your Role: As a Regional Sales Manager, you will:
- Acquire new consignors in your sales area.
- Advise dealers on vehicle sales and pricing for the Manheim Express B2B auction platform.
- Optimize processes for existing customers in the B2B used car business.
- Work with small and medium-sized brand dealers and independent automotive dealers.
- Plan and conduct customer visits and appointments independently.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Completed commercial vocational training.
- Several years of sales experience.
- Professional experience in the automotive sector.
- Knowledge of the used car market and competitors is desirable.
- Proficiency in German and English.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High service mentality and strong sales-oriented thinking.
- Proven persuasiveness and determination.
- Ability to handle difficult customers and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- High stamina and self-motivation.
- Organisational talent.
- Willingness to travel.
