  Competitive salary + fully maintained vehicle + incentives Based out of Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour, Gunnedah etc     The next step in your career starts here… Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is responsible for providing leadership and expertise to a team of Account Managers, Project Managers and Internal Sales Support across the North Inland and North Coast region (Forester, Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour, Gunnedah, Lismore, Ballina and Tamworth) ensuring they achieve their revenue targets.   Providing strong direction and leadership to the sales team to maximise effectiveness, capability and engagement. Ideally this experience will have been gained selling services into construction, manufacturing, and/or government or related industries. Your experience will also include: The ability to demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and qualities to lead a high performing sales team. The ability to develop strong customer relationships that translate into strong revenue generation and customer loyalty.
