Job Description Our sales team has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to manage and profitably grow our business in the assigned territory. Candidates located in Northern CA and surrounding areas are encouraged to apply. This individual will be part of a diverse team that will successfully build customer relationships and bring the voice of the customer into the larger Eurofins EAG organization. This is a remote position with required frequent local travel (more than 50% of the time). Profitably grow Eurofins EAG’s sourced revenue year to year to meet agreed upon targets. Identify the best opportunities and develop strategies to ensure these opportunities are converted to sales. Follow established sales processes to ensure selling effectiveness. Identify customer needs and communicate these to operational teams for evaluation and action. Qualifications BS degree in engineering, materials science or related field. Semiconductor experience is a must. Fluency in Korean (spoken and written) is required to effectively communicate with Korean-speaking clients and partners. In depth familiarity with Korean business culture is strongly preferred, as it supports successful engagement with clients and stakeholders in the region. These qualifications are essential to meet the needs of our global client base and ensure effective collaboration across international teams. Excellent written communication skills. Additional Information Compensation is aligned with market standards for the region and tailored to individual qualifications and experience. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Ability to continuously operate a personal computer or lab equipment for extended periods of time (4 or more hours). Require close distance visual acuity with or without correction (Glasses, Contacts, etc.) Ability to operate a keyboard and other lab equipment, use a telephone, access file cabinets and other items stored at various levels, including overhead. Ability to communicate clearly and understandably ensure an accurate exchange of information in normal conversational distance, over the telephone, and in a group setting.
