REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – NORTHERN US   This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving growth across a major portion of the North American market. As Regional Sales Manager – Northern US, you’ll lead a team of sales professionals, build strong distributor partnerships, and expand customer relationships while shaping regional strategy and long-term business success. You won’t just manage numbers — you’ll coach people, grow market share, and play a key role in the evolution of Poclain’s North American sales organization. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Lead, mentor, and develop a team of District Sales Managers to drive performance * Grow new and existing customer relationships across the region * Strengthen distributor partnerships to expand market presence * Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities * Develop regional sales strategies and long-term growth plans * Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers and cross-functional teams * Drive profitable growth, market share expansion, and customer retention * Forecast demand and monitor performance against objectives * Represent the company with professionalism and credibility WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred) * 5+ years of outside sales experience with a strong track record of results * Prior experience leading and developing teams * Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills * Strong communication and relationship-building abilities ABOUT POCLAIN Poclain Hydraulics is a global leader in hydrostatic transmissions and powertrain systems, driven by innovation, sustainability, and strong customer partnerships.
