Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team within a designated territory. This role is responsible for achieving revenue targets, developing high-performing sales professionals, and executing strategic initiatives that align with company goals. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas in revenue, gross profit, and net new business. Develop and execute regional sales strategies and business development plans. Conduct regular one-on-one coaching, ride-alongs, and performance reviews to support team growth. Maintain 100% manpower in all sales territories and ensure all team members are performing at or above quota. Collaborate with marketing and operations to drive lead generation and customer engagement. Provide accurate forecasts, sales reports, and CRM data to senior leadership. Recruit, train, and mentor new sales talent to build a strong bench of future leaders. Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold Offix’s standards of excellence. Requirements Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in office technology or B2B services. Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales performance metrics. Exceptional communication, coaching, and strategic planning skills. Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
