OKAYA is a worldwide company that designs, manufactures and markets LCD, TFT, and OLED displays and Electrical Noise and Surge Suppression components used in a wide range of applications & industries.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Credentials preferred, not required – Associate level degree in Electrical Engineering, or related program.
  • Proven experience in Sales Management, or a similar role is essential.
  • Technical knowledge of Transient Surge Suppression Devices (GDT, MOV, TVS)
  • Technical knowledge of Conductors, Coils, Capacitors, RC Networks, Noise Filters and their applications.
  • Skilled user of Microsoft Office applications - Excel, Outlook, Teams.
  • Effective communication skills, proactive problem solver, results-driven, collaborative professional.

Responsibilities
  • Expand the Sales Network for all divisions: Capacitors, Coil, Noise Filters, Surge Devices & LCD panels.
  • Achieve sales goals for bookings & revenue targets by executing action plans.
  • Acquiring new Customers with direct engagement and digital marketing strategies.
  • Nurture relationships with existing Customers to develop new projects.
  • Deliver Value Added Sales solutions.
  • Develop strategies to expand Sales Network that utilize action plans across product lines & territory.
  • Partner with Manufacturer Sales Reps & Distributors to enhance relationships & coordinate strategy.
  • Conduct sales & product training across the Sales Network to engage with all Sales Channels.
  • Collect overall market data, monitor competitors’ campaigns, and Customer media channels.
  • Collaborate with OEI & LCD vendors to gain product knowledge & offer customer focused feedback
