Location: Field-based (North Area), available to travel on the territory in scope

What you’ll do:

  • Lead, inspire, and manage the regional sales team to achieve commercial objectives and exceed expectations
  • Implement Mölnlycke’s strategy within the assigned territory, identifying and developing business opportunities
  • Achieve agreed regional targets and other key performance indicators
  • Deploy strategic resource to maximise sales efficiency and productivity
  • Contribute to national sales and marketing strategies as part of the leadership team
  • Provide accurate forecasts and budget planning, ensuring reliability in financial and commercial targets
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and converting opportunities into business growth
  • Stay ahead of market trends, delivering valuable commercial insights to support national sales and marketing strategies
  • Implement marketing initiatives locally to drive additional business opportunities and brand positioning
