The Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Regional Sales Manager to join our Sales & Marketing Team. You will drive parts sales through developing effective business relationships between PACCAR Parts, the Dealer network, and parts customers across all segments. You will also contribute to trade shows, promote PACCAR Training and development programs, and assist with planning and launch of dealer events. The successful candidate can be based at our Melbourne or Brisbane office and will be required to travel each month.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan regular visits to dealers and end customers and facilitate ongoing communication with dealers
  • Monitor dealer sales performance and report performance information internally and to dealers
  • Collaborate with dealers to achieve sales targets, grow market share and develop their business
  • Help drive dealer engagement and implementation of all PACCAR Sales and Marketing initiatives
  • Assist dealers to develop annual business and marketing plans and review / update quarterly
  • Support the creation of sales and marketing materials for use in sales activities
  • Operate as a key liaison and escalation point for PACCAR Parts Sales and Marketing
  • Attend functions and events
  • Other tasks and projects as required
