We are experiencing continuous growth and have an immediate opening for the USA Regional Sales Manager position for the Northeast Region.

JOB SUMMARY

Reporting directly to the Vice President of U.S. Sales, this role is focused on expanding Peak’s market share in partnership with The Home Depot within the Northeast Region. This position will proactively identify and develop new business opportunities, driving growth in the market. If you are a motivated self-starter with a passion for travel, and possess exceptional sales, communication, and interpersonal skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of retail sales experience
  • Experience in retail, manufacturing, or account management, particularly in the home improvement industry
  • Previous experience selling to big-box retailer or distributor (e.g., Home Depot, Lowe’s, ABC Supply, Beacon, Builders FirstSource).
  • Superior work ethic and self-starter
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone and via email
  • Excellent organization skills and the ability to execute and manage competing demands
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Post-secondary education is preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish/French) a plus.
    Compensation: $100,000-$120,000/yr depending on experience plus commission.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve/exceed sales targets.
  • Grow Peak and Home Depot market share.
  • Adhere to budget constraints.
  • Analyze sales reports and create action plans.
  • Maintain professionalism as a Peak representative.
  • Foster strong relationships with Home Depot associates at all levels.
  • Schedule time to meet with Home Depot’s Regional, District and Store Managers, as well as members of Home Depot’s head office team.
  • Conduct “Train the Trainer” programs and product demonstrations with Merchandising Execution Team (MET), MET regional managers and store associates.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within Home Depot.
  • Support and execute new product launches; co-ordinate and monitor the successful implementation of store resets and/or remodels; plan and attend special store events
  • Plan and share a monthly schedule of your store walks in advance.
  • Perform any other tasks and duties as requested by management from time to time
