Responsibilities

As a Regional Sales Manager-Power and Light (PAL), your mission is to develop sales channels (dealers and rental companies) with the goal of increasing market share and sales volume for Atlas Copco portable power and light products in the designated territory of Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Implement actions that result in sustainable, profitable growth that is in-line with overall company objectives and goals. This penetration into the sales channels and world-class customer service are paramount in accomplishing the company goal of becoming “First in Mind – First in Choice”. You will report to Robert Miltenberger, VP, North Region and Acting VP, Canada Region.

You will:

  • Expand Atlas Copco’s portable power and light equipment sales and market share within the assigned territory through strategic account management and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and rental partners by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to analyze market conditions, introduce new products, and implement programs that support business growth and competitive positioning.
  • Utilize CRM tools for sales tracking, support team initiatives, conduct product demonstrations, and consistently represent Atlas Copco’s values and culture—while managing extensive travel demands.
