We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join the PRIMIS Sales Team in a role that supports the Regional Sales Director for the Midlands region. The midlands team have oversight of some 200 partner Mortgage and Protection advisory firms with around 500 writing advisors in total within the region.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN TERMS OF SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Previous exposure in a target driven environment within the Mortgage / Protection Sector
• Experience of successfully planning and implementing business development initiatives
• Technical knowledge if the financial services products offered
• Planning and organising
• Team working and leadership
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Delivering results
• Relationship management
• Delivering excellent customer service
  The role is field based. We are specifically looking for the candidate to be living within the Midlands region.
  Base Salary to £42,000 DOE and negotiable with the opportunity to earn bonus.
  The base salary stated includes the car allowance that is payable with this role.
