Position Title: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Position Type: Fully Remote within the northeast region (MA, RI, CT, NH, NY)

Position Snapshot: The Regional Sales Manager drives sales growth by leading and developing a high-performing sales team. This role combines coaching, field engagement, and performance management to support strategic initiatives and customer-centric selling. Key responsibilities include defining KPIs, supporting complex sales opportunities, and aligning regional strategies with Lenze’s market goals.
