We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team and help us grow across a portfolio of hotels. This role is about more than numbers; it’s about building partnerships, uncovering opportunities, and being part of a culture that values creativity, collaboration, and heart.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business across multiple properties in corporate, group, and leisure markets.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships that lead to lasting success.
  • Partner with property teams to ensure flawless execution of group and corporate business.
  • Represent our hotels at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

What You Bring

  • At least 3 years of hotel sales experience (multi-property preferred).
  • A proven record of hitting sales goals and growing revenue.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivation to work remotely, plus flexibility for some travel.
