POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated sales professional to join our growing sales team. In this position you will be responsible for selling Uniguest’s Senior Living products and services to new customers. In this position, you will be expected to meet and/or exceed a sales revenue target for an assigned territory through the development of effective account strategies, territory planning and formal pipeline development.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels, both verbal and written
  • Organized and thorough approach to selling.
  • Motivated to repeatedly achieve sales targets and commensurate commissions.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, integrity, and the ability to build professional trust and respect.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Strong negotiation skills

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of software sales experience, or senior living/hospitality technology experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
Responsibilities
  • Source new business opportunities through marketing lead follow-up in addition to independent prospecting to targeted lists.
  • Prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced monthly close process.
  • Provide accurate forecasting information.
  • Work effectively with internal team members on deal closing strategies.
  • Provide weekly updates of opportunity statuses as needed.
  • Remain informed of new products and services.
  • Actively seek and maintain competitive information/activity.
  • Prospecting efforts to build a sales pipeline.
  • Meets assigned expectations for profitability.
