WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Engineering Degree or equivalent experience, with demonstrated competence to articulate and deliver complex maintenance services
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the defined territory, selling engineering solutions and/or aftermarket services
  • Evidence of key account management and success in achieving sales growth in a competitive environment
  • Demonstrate that you are self-motivated and a team player, able to lead or support new initiatives or product introductions
  • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
  • The ability to listen carefully to a customer’s need, confirm understanding and identify how RWG can add value to the relationship
  • Able to present a vision both internally and externally of the value proposition offered by RWG services and the unique selling points that provide differentiation
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of CRM tools and relational databases for collation and analysis of customer information
  • Fluent in English and at least one other language commonly used within the defined territory
Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity has arisen within RWG for a Regional Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for promotion of RWG’s products and services to existing customers and new prospects within Europe, Middle East and Africa. The location of this role will be flexible, however frequent travel will be required.
