We’re hiring a Sales Executive to grow our impact across the DACH region and guide organizations toward workforce solutions that deliver real business value with a tight-knit crew and tons of trust.

Responsibilities

You don’t sell black boxes, you sell outcomes. At Dyflexis, you’ll step into a DACH team of three (you, Johan and Julia) and turn qualified leads into loyal customers. We’re bootstrapped, which means we invest smart and move fast, backed by stellar marketing that brings in leads worth your time.
Selling here is about trust. That’s why your consultative selling skills matter. You’ll dig deep into each prospect’s processes, pinpoint their unique business needs, and guide them toward solutions that make real impact. Change management is often part of the equation and you know how to guide people through it with confidence.
From the local bakery around the corner to large enterprise clients, you’ll work across a diverse field of organizations. You’ll tailor your approach to match each one’s reality and growth ambition.
From tailored demos to strategic conversations, you lead every step of the sales process. That includes traveling across the DACH region and planning your own client visits (hotels and expenses covered, of course). Every six weeks, you’ll also spend a few days at our HQ in The Hague for strategy sessions, collaboration, and delicious, freshly cooked meals from our chef.
We also have a hub in Köln, making it even easier to stay close to our clients and colleagues. Because team wins happen best face to face.
