In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, managing a diverse team of sales professionals, and fostering relationships with key clients and distributors. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth across the assigned region. Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the region. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create tailored solutions for clients. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management, ideally in the consumer goods or bedding industry. Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities. Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred. Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and customer needs. Male. 35 to 45 years of age. Lebanese, Jordanian, or Egyptian national.
