REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – CANADA (GREATER TORONTO AREA)

Remote / Field-Based | Eligible for Sales Incentive Plan
We’re seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and strengthen relationships across a defined geographic territory. This remote, field-based role is instrumental in expanding our footprint with dealers, integrators, and end-users, while championing our full suite of security solutions. You’ll play a key role in achieving sales targets, launching new products, and ensuring customer satisfaction through strategic account management.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in security/technical sales and management.
  • Proven success in B2B sales, with strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of security technologies, including cloud-hosted and on-premises surveillance and access control solutions.
  • Experience selling SaaS and navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (50–60%) and work on classified projects requiring clearance.
  • Comfortable handling confidential information and engaging with high-level stakeholders.
    Base Salary + Commission= OTE
Responsibilities
  • Drive Regional Growth: Cultivate new business through trade shows, prospecting, and strategic partnerships with dealers, integrators, and distributors.
  • Customer Engagement: Deliver compelling sales presentations, uncover customer needs, and position our solutions to solve real-world challenges.
  • Channel Development: Strengthen relationships across direct and indirect sales channels to maximize market reach.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new vertical markets, and collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions for emerging opportunities.
  • Training & Enablement: Educate partners on product strategies, market trends, and sales techniques to boost performance.
  • Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer, relaying market insights and technical needs to internal teams to enhance product offerings.
  • Technical Collaboration: Partner with support teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless customer experiences.
