Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for Shockwave Medical Inc. a Regional Sales Manager IVL - North East ( d/f/m), to be located in Berlin or Hamburg area, Germany .

POSITION OVERVIEW

This pivotal role involves spearheading sales strategies to expand patient access to Shockwave’s Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) technology in cardiovascular and peripheral markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, market development, and team management, with the ability to inspire high-performing teams and drive business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing diverse sales teams in Germany.
• Proven track record of sales leadership and exceeding revenue targets.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) or equivalent experience.
• Experience in cardiovascular or peripheral vascular markets preferred.
• Demonstrated success in bringing innovative and disruptive products to market.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to travel over 50% as required.
