We are seeking a proven, growth-oriented sales leader as a Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Account Executives / Account Managers driving sales growth in SOTI. You will exceed results by developing a high-performing team through recruiting, coaching, and solid sales discipline. You will also be a valuable contributor to the regional sales strategy, leading implementation and driving execution to achieve business objectives.

What You’ll Do
- Primary objectives are to exceed territory growth, revenue quota, organizational health and customer satisfaction
- Weekly forecast reviews reviewing the sales results of the region and Quarterly Territory Reviews showcasing the upcoming territory plan.
- Work with the exciting customer base to drive growth, retention technology adoption and increase SOTI’ market share. Identify New Business opportunities.
- Lead and motivate Sales Team, build a high-performing team through continuous improvement, coaching, and recruiting
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Manage the region’s pipeline and forecast with precision
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Optimize full funnel through coordination with Field Marketing, Business Development, Partnerships, Renewals, SalesOps, and Customer Success
- Serve as the voice of the market for Product and operating teams
- Travel in the sales territories
- Design and execute SOTI’s regional sales strategy
Experience You’ll Bring
- 7+ year proven record of sales experience and 3+ years of regional sales experience with a proven track record in technology sales. Proven experience in Sales Management.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Bias for action, ownership, and growth
- BS/BA degree or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team selling environment
- Track record of over-achieving
