Description The Regional Sales Manager is a field sales position responsible for the development of the hair extensions business in an assigned territory. You will be the company’s first outside point of contact with Salon Professionals and Stylists. As an expert in hair extensions, you will be an asset to the Salon Professional in regard to products, color selection, and installation technique. With aggressive sales targets, including new business development and growth of existing accounts, you will be a champion of the company’s initiatives to engage, educate, and build a robust professional extensions business for the Stylists and Salons in your market. The Regional Sales Manager position reports to a Director of Sales. Our ideal candidate for this role is located in the Charleston metro area Day travel all over South Carolina and parts of Georgia and will be required approximately 75% of the time. Responsibilities: Create a powerful, trusting relationship with salon owners, stylists and employees Rotation management inclusive of both existing and new business development Maintain a strong funnel of potential new business Deliver highest quality in-salon presentations and product classes Conquer new salon business and meet new business goals Sell in new products to existing salons Drive education in your market and sell all forms of education available Achieve individual revenue goals by educating and consulting with salon owners and stylist Support retail segment sales through merchandising and promotional activity Manage a systematic meeting schedule for assigned accounts Execute strategic education plans for each salon in the territory of focus accounts Promote, plan, coordinate and assist in the execution of regional and national company-sponsored, business development and educational events Attend all company-provided meetings and training Travel up to 75% per week Requirements Requirements Minimum of 3-5 years of luxury brand outside sales experience Candidates with outside sales and salon industry experience preferred Must have valid Drivers License and reliable vehicle for position Strong communication and presentation skills High sales drive and customer service oriented Ability to prospect and close new business Strong negotiation skills Strategic and analytical thinking Adaptable to working with and educating various personality types Competitive and collaborative Required to be on the field 3-4 weekdays a week (it's not a remote WFH position it's an outside sales position) Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, and general comfort with new programs Benefits and Perks Base pay of $87,600 with additional commission opportunities 401(k) with company match - $ for $ up to 4% - immediately vested Vacation/Holiday Leave Great Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance Life and AD&D Insurance Opportunities for growth and advancement And so much more!
