  • Commercial training or master hairdresser
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience with marketing & sales experience in the hairdressing industry
  • Experience in leading teams is a great advantage
  • Great motivational skills to generate enthusiasm and sense of responsibility
  • Strong and good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Outstanding sales result orientation and customer focus
  • Very good strategic and analytical skills, as well as strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel (3 days per week)
Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales force team, new customers, existing customers and the available budget in a sales territory assigned to you
  • Constantly ensure the distribution of the brands assigned to you in a target customer group according to the defined trade and brand strategies
  • Develop a sales strategy for the defined territory based on the identification of market opportunities
  • Constantly develop your team to guarantee the achievement of targets
  • Coordinate all tasks with other departments (Customer Services, PPS, Marketing, Supply Chain)
  • Bring a hands-on mentality and proven experience driving cultural change, including implementing new ways of working across teams
