POSITION OVERVIEW

Rexfab is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Regional Sales Representative to join our team and expand our presence in the Southeastern United States. This individual will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, driving sales, and promoting our automated bakery equipment to manufacturers in the bakery sector, including those producing sliced bread, artisan bread, rolls, and sweet pastries. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in sales within the bakery industry, with a proven track record of success in selling capital equipment, particularly to Flowers Foods and other major bakery manufacturers in the region.

EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the bakery equipment industry, with a focus on manufacturers of sliced bread, artisan bread, rolls, and pastries.
  • Proven track record of sales success, including meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Established relationships within Flowers Foods or similar large bakery manufacturers in the region.
  • Experience working with capital equipment in a technical sales environment is a plus.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close sales.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the Southeastern U.S. as needed (up to 50% travel).

EDUCATION

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
