QUALIFICATIONS :

• Min of a Bachelor degree, preferrable from Finance, Business and Sales background.
• Preferrable a Certified Financial Planner, leadership and/or Sales Management
• An 6 years plus of experience in managing Bancassurance business

• Build strong, collaborative, and long term professional relationship with Bank Partner
• Provide sales strategy and support in conjunctions with the Head Sales &
• Distribution, Area Manager, and Branch Manager to achieve the sales target of Life Insurance products assigned/targeted via the identified banks branches
• Manage the Area Sales Manager (ASM) responsibility for sales and service target of the Bank Sales & Distribution Area, Area Manager and Branch Manager
• Manage the relationship in all aspects: support, development and training as well as customer gathering
• Keep the Bank Sales & Distribution Area Management team constantly motivated and informed
• Manage, drive and monitor all running Project and campaign in Retail Relations to internal and Bank Staff in assigned area
