Home Improvement | In-Home Sales | Leadership Sunbelt Home Solutions is building a $250M sales organization over the next 10 years—and we are hiring a Regional Sales Manager to help lead and scale our in-home sales operation across St. Petersburg, Fort Myers and future branches.  This is not a desk-management position.  This is a hands-on sales leadership role for someone who can recruit, train, coach, and develop elite one-call closers while still being willing to get in the field and sell when needed.  Requirements:  * 5+ years of in-home one-call closing experience  *  Average ticket size of $20,000+  *  2–3+ years managing and developing sales reps  * Experience hiring, training, and scaling high-performance sales teams   * Strong understanding of sales psychology, objection handling, and process discipline  * Ability to hold accountability and enforce standards  Responsibilities:  * Lead and scale the sales team across current and future branches  * Achieve Monthly close rate, NSLI, & Revenue goals consistently   * Recruit, onboard, and train top-performing closers  * Identify, hire and development management and management prospects  * Partner with marketing and production teams  * Maintain company culture and accountability standards  * Travel to support office launches and expansion efforts  Compensation & Benefits:    *  Multi six-figure earnings (Salary + Bonus)  * Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k)  * PTO  * Leadership development and executive growth opportunities  Location:  St. Petersburg, FL (HQ)  Travel required for regional support and expansion (Fort Myers and Future Branches)  If you believe you are the leader capable of helping scale a $250M organization: APPLY TODAY!
