Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Connecting with your team of Store Managers, set clear goals and help them grow and succeed.
  • Leading and supporting your region to deliver positive sales results through meeting KPIs while maintaining a high-quality customer experience.
  • Monitoring budgets, rosters, and sales to ensure sales targets and KPIs are achieved.
  • Guide, inspire and challenge to exceed customer expectations.
  • Own your team’s development by ensuring all store teams have above standard training across required modules.
  • Managing change and driving new business initiatives.
