About the Role Radware is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager (Hunter) to join our fast-growing APJ team. This role is ideal for an experienced and driven sales professional who thrives on winning new enterprise business and building long-term customer success in the cybersecurity domain. Key Responsibilities Drive new business acquisition across enterprise and strategic accounts. Identify, develop, and close opportunities within cloud, application, and infrastructure security. Build and manage a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting and market engagement. Collaborate closely with presales, marketing, and channel teams to accelerate deal closure. Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets. Requirements 5–10 years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity, cloud, or networking solutions. Proven track record in hunting and closing new business in competitive environments. Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud architectures, and cybersecurity frameworks. Stable employment history demonstrating commitment, resilience, and performance. Highly proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
