Job Description ✅ Lead & Develop a Winning Team – Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives to exceed targets. ✅ Drive Sales Growth – Develop strategies to increase market share, expand customer relationships, and boost revenue. ✅ Build Strong Partnerships – Work closely with dealers, contractors, architects, and distributors to position our products as the go-to choice. ✅ Market & Competitive Analysis – Stay ahead of industry trends, monitor competitors, and identify new opportunities. ✅ Sales Forecasting & Reporting – Track performance metrics, analyze data, and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
