Then you might be our new Regional Sales Manager in TOPSHOP for Region Central, covering Germany, Belgium, Netherland, Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, Ireland and UK.

THE ROLE

As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll lead sales strategy and ensure we reach our budget targets by turning market insights into clear actions. You’ll collaborate closely with local teams across countries, supporting performance, development, and alignment. At the same time, you’ll maintain strong partnerships in the Danish market and secure the right product mix to drive growth.

More specifically your tasks will include:

  • Develop, evaluate and follow-up on sales strategies
  • Build, expand and develop strong relations with online and wholesale customers
  • Daily contact with the sales representatives in the market
  • Direct contact with 1 key accounts in Denmark
  • Daily and weekly follow-up on sales figures, product performance, as well as budgets
  • Plan, prepare and manage sales promotional initiatives
  • Participate in internal collection meetings
