  • Previous UK & Ireland Automotive/Aftermarket trade experience dealing with Buying group
  • Sales and Marketing experience
  • Personal skills with a proven track record to establish credibility with key customers, prospects and business partners
  • Graduate level or comparable industry experience
  • Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe is advantage
  • Professional sales certifications an advantage
  • Sales/Negotiation skills training evidence
  • Ability to travel frequently in UK & I
  • Go getter Attitude with a desire to win
  • Driving license B
Responsibilities
  • Implement and develop the UK automotive Strategy Plan by feedback, development solutions & problem detection
  • Manage customers in order to clarify: daily business, (order intake, tracking, control and adaption, credit notes, claim handling, product returns, debit notes), 1st level product guidance, delivery time tracking in SAP and CRM
  • Driving growth with NTR and additional Motul ranges Launches
  • Supporting with weekly visits to distributors customers to grow sales
  • Data analysis to review sales performance and reporting
  • UK & Ireland competitor price mapping
  • Support for trade fairs/shows, agency contracts, sponsorships, multiple race events
  • Working with UK & I Trade Marketing and Brand ambassadors promotions
  • Develop new sales channels for Additives, Bike care & Motul concepts for our importers
