THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales operations across the US Gulf States. This role is designed for a leader who thrives on coaching others to excellence, leverages data and territory insights to drive smart growth, and champions a culture of high performance, accountability and continuous improvement. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue, optimizing territory performance to grow the overall region and reach targets, while ensuring the sales team is equipped to execute full-cycle sales process with confidence and consistency. This critical front-line leader partners closely with cross-functional teams and cross the sales organization to translate strategy into field sales execution to deliver desired results.
