Responsibilities

Sales Target Achievement: Manage and communicate dealer sales goals across the assigned region to drive sales performance and achieve organizational objectives.
Dealership Management: Ensure dealer standards, operations and development align with the terms of the Dealer Agreement and the guidelines set by GAC International Australia.
Network Expansion: Identify, assess and onboard new dealer partners within the assigned region to strengthen market presence and improve network coverage.
Performance Evaluation: Monitor and analyse regional dealer performance through key business metrics such as stock structure, sales output, market share, and customer lead conversion efficiency.
Dealer Support & Training: Conduct regular on-site visits within assigned region to support sales execution and uphold brand standards. Deliver ongoing training to dealer staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and system usage to drive performance improvement.
Marketing and Brand Alignment: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure regional promotional activities and campaigns are aligned with National branding and sales objectives.
Market Intelligence: Provide timely and actionable feedback to management on dealer or zone performance, market trends, and competitor best practices to support strategic decision-making.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required.
Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other tasks assigned by the company or senior management, demonstrating adaptability and responsiveness to evolving business needs.
