REQUIREMENTS

  • You have 5+ years relevant experience in a similar role
  • You are keen to learn, be proactive and take initiative.
  • You have a strong attention to detail, a focus on accuracy and a continuous sales mindset.
  • You have high energy and the urge to develop your skills. You thrive in a disciplined and structured sales environment.
  • You have the ability to have open discussions, influence decision making processes and ability to negotiate
  • You have strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills
  • You have strong presentation skills
  • You have proficiency with MS Office Suite, Salesforce & Power BI etc
  • Regular interstate travel is required for this role
  • This role will be located in Melbourne
Responsibilities
  • Driving Retailer sales and revenue growth within their assigned Region
  • Developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans with Retailers
  • Forging strong relationships with Retailers, overseeing sales operations, setting sales goals, and training Retailer sales teams
  • Ensuring Retailer and Regional sales and customer experience targets are met monthly, quarterly and annually
  • Identifying new business opportunities with Retailers to increase retail and fleet sales
  • Making sure Polestar Retailer guidelines and standards are met
  • Providing feedback, analysis, and reporting of Retailer and Regional performance and market insights to Polestar National Sales Team and Senior Management
  • Collaborating with Polestar internal functions, and external agencies and suppliers to support Retailer performance and operations
  • Supporting Retailers and Region with dealer stock management and allocation
