Škoda Australia is looking for a dynamic and driven Regional Sales Manager to act as the key link between our head office and the Škoda dealer network. This role is all about driving performance, developing people, and influencing outcomes on the ground.

Responsibilities

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Leading dealer performance in your region across new, used and corporate vehicle sales
  • Working closely with dealers to set targets, activate campaigns, and strengthen team capability
  • Monitoring stock levels, market dynamics and sales performance
  • Driving customer experience excellence (CEM) across the dealer network
  • Growing our corporate and Škoda Approved Used business
  • Supporting brand standards, from facility compliance to training and team development
  • Acting as a strategic advisor and problem solver for your region

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following:

  • A proven leader with strong automotive experience (ideally in retail or OEM)
  • A confident communicator and relationship builder who thrives in the field
  • Commercially sharp and analytically minded, with a focus on results
