Job Description We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager – WA & NT to lead corporate, government, MICE and leisure sales across our Western Australia and Northern Territory portfolio. Reporting to the Area Director of Sales – SA/WA/NT, this role is responsible for executing group sales strategies that maximise occupancy, room revenue, and catering and events revenue across a diverse portfolio of properties. This is a hands-on, relationship-focused role for a commercially minded sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Key responsibilities Drive corporate, government, MICE and leisure revenue across WA and NT properties Grow existing accounts while actively developing new business (70/30 focus) Implement group sales strategies to maximise occupancy and profitability Analyse market trends, competitor activity and forward occupancy Manage and maintain key client relationships through face-to-face and virtual engagement Work closely with Hotel Managers, Revenue, Marketing and Commercial teams Attend industry events, trade shows and networking functions Ensure accurate reporting, CRM management and data integrity Identify cross-selling opportunities across the Minor Hotels portfolio Qualifications Proven experience in a Business Development or Sales Manager role within hospitality or tourism Demonstrated success in increasing revenue and building strong client portfolios Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills Highly organised with excellent time management and planning capability Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a broader sales team Professional presentation and a proactive, service-driven mindset Additional Information At Minor Hotels, we value our people as the heart of our success.
